Overview of Coach/Client Co-Creative Relationship
Coaching is a powerful, co-creative relationship between a qualified coach, an individual or group, which supports self-discovery and achievement of life-changing goals. A person chooses to work with a life coach to help in achieving a goal, overcome a challenge, improve self-esteem, or develop particular life skills. The partnership is based on the goals set by the client. The session format generates possibilities, and ultimately helps the client to identify further actions, find solutions and reach goals. The coach/client relationship begins with a free sample session to determine if the relationship is a good fit for all parties involved.

Coaching is a support system that provides the client with a nonjudgmental accountability partner, truthful dialogue, and new perspectives. This system is designed to create BIG shifts in thinking, therefore creating forward movement towards goals. Anyone can benefit from coaching. The Benefits of Group Coaching
Group Coaching provides an opportunity to support and be supported by peers and like-minded people. It is a great platform for personal responsibility, accountability, and achieving goals and beyond. The group dynamic evokes trust most importantly, a willingness and ability to depend on the structure of the group, safety, and rich support of members without judgment. Gifts, skills, strengths and limits are recognized, acknowledged, and valued. Groups typically include 4 – 6 people for optimal success, and require a 6-12 month commitment to benefit all members involved.


How Does Coaching Work?
Coaching can take place face-to-face, via telephone, or skype. There are usually 2-4 individual coaching sessions per month - 1 hour duration each. Coaching Groups usually meet twice to three times per month depending on the type of coaching program. Session times are flexible and can be scheduled to meet the needs of clients. All phone/call charges are included in the cost of session, wherever you are. The duration of coaching program will vary depending on your personal needs and choices.
